I bought this machine in April 2018. I'm still waiting for positive results before posting. Here are the improvements: - My face is clearer and slimmer - My skin texture is smoother. Wrinkles are less noticeable - dark spots disappear up to 90% when using this machine and Obagi. I wear less foundation. My mom actually commented on the glowing skin when I was writing this review - I used the device on my stomach area every other day. So far I can fit in xs.
