This watch is great for wearing for physical activities such as working out or manual labor versus wearing a nice metal watch. I do massage and it is great to have a digital watch so I don't need to check my phone if there isn't a clock in the room. First, it fits comfortable around my wrist. The numbers are easy to read. It was simple to program the date and time, especially since it came with instructions.I am thrilled that this watch is solar power, which I am hoping provides me a longer usage than just running on a regular battery. I also like the light up feature. It makes the numbers very easy to read in a dim or dark setting. The alarm feature is great and easy to use. I do like that it counts down the seconds as well, not just the minutes.Best of all, this watch is sturdy, no slip on wrist after it is secured, and water proof. Do remember not to press buttons while it is underwater, not that you would intentionally, but the directions specifically say it could mess up the watch.I highly recommend this watch for working out, sports, and manual labor, and any activity to where you would not want to wear a nice watch, but a watch would come in handy none of the less.
