I like the fact that you can easily book a taxi in a few clicks. I also like the fact that you can easily track your booking. I dislike the fact that the app is not available for iOS users. I would recommend this app to all taxi companies. I use this app to book a taxi from my house to the airport. It is simple and easy to use. I can track my booking and I can also see the driver's details. I like that it is easy to use, user friendly (especially if you are new), cheap in price compared with other competitors out there! The only downside would be their customer service department - they could improve by putting more effort into this area of business. It has helped me manage my fleet better than any software or website ever did before because we can see all our drivers at once which helps us keep track of them easily as well.
