Review on 🛏️ VECELO Twin Size Metal Platform Bed Frame with Headboard and Deluxe Crystal Ball, Easily Assembled, Matte Black - No Box Spring Needed for Mattress Foundation by Matthew Evans

First I am writing this under my husband's Revain account. I bought this bed frame to support a memory foam mattress for our guest bedroom. My husband prides himself on being very meticulous, takes his time and can assemble almost anything (which I vouch for!) but it was a nightmare and literally took over 2 hours or so. The product arrives at the consumer with missing screws, undrilled holes and a bent part of the inner metal part that holds the mattress. Personally I was disappointed with the overall look of the bed, it looks cheap, a cute thing about the bed is the small crystal balls on each bedpost that reflect the sunlight into the room, which might be good for a child's room. I was very concerned when our guests slept on it the night it was put up that it would collapse, luckily that didn't happen. Also, as a Revain Prime member, it took us 8 days to get to us. Contacted Revain and there was nothing they could do about it as it was a bed frame and shipping method. After my husband's nightmare putting everything together I emailed the manufacturer of this product with photos who promised to send 3 missing screws as well as a replacement part for the bent part which is on back order. Surprisingly they also gave us a full refund and let us keep the bed frame. We'll probably leave the bed for now until we find something better that doesn't look so cheap. As for moving bags under the bed and using that storage space, it has to be a short bag because this bed doesn't stick up that high off the floor, so my bags are staying in my next one for now. All in all you get what you pay for. If you are looking for an inexpensive bed and quality and looks aren't a big deal then this will do, just be prepared for missing parts and have a drill handy to drill holes where they should have been. To be honest I was shocked by all the positive reviews and wondered where did they come from? I should have paid more attention to the detailed negative review because it was accurate! The only positives in all of this is how quickly the manufacturer responded to my email, how helpful they tried to be and of course it was nice to get a refund. and no need to disassemble and send this thing back. Please be sure to read the comments on my post. UPDATE: We received a package pretty quickly with ALL the screws that originally came with the bed. I'm still waiting for other parts that were either bent or didn't have pre-drilled holes. For this reason, as promised in the comments section, I've added an extra star to my rating.
