I bought pens about a year ago and received less than expected, when this company contacted me I explained the problem with pens. The friendly Swede responded immediately and replaced what I had bought with an excellent set that worked exactly as expected. Because of their great customer service, when I needed to buy additional styluses I didn't even look at what other companies were offering, I went straight back to them and these new styluses are great! The tips glide across the screen without dragging or leaving a mark. I also like that you can easily replace the tips when they are worn out. Great product, great company.
