The worst purchase of my life! Tried trying this pillow, I slept on it for weeks. The first few nights were fine, but after the first week on a pillow, I woke up every morning with severe neck pain and a headache. I woke up in the middle of the night which is not normal for me to adjust the pillow, I literally felt like my head was resting on the mattress. I personally found it too soft, although the pillow has 2 different sides that claim to be different: hard and soft, neither side was hard enough. If you like a softer foam pillow then this might be for you, but if you like a firmer, denser pillow that really supports your head while you sleep I would keep looking and save your money! If you are prone to migraines, headaches, neck or neck or back pain I would not recommend this at all!
