Excellent quality and sound

It was a pleasure to receive the headset. The packaging is excellent and more than adequate to protect the headset during shipping and handling. I like the black color or box as it exudes quality and richness. What surprised me the most was the sound quality. This headset produces amazing sound. I'm 70 so I don't hear the same spectrum of sounds as my daughter or grandchildren but what a difference this headset makes compared to others I've used. This headset reproduces punchy, clear high-frequency sounds that are bright and vibrant thanks to speaker balance that delivers brilliant stereo sound, almost surround sound. I just wanted to listen to music for the rest of the day. The controls are easy to use and easily accessible. I had no problem learning the features and functions of the headset in just a few minutes. Initially, the "OFF" label for ANC intuitively felt like a power button for the headset, not an "off/on" button. for automatic noise reduction. So far I have used the headset continuously for up to 16 hours. The headset charges quickly and the charge lasts a long time. The headphone padding is surprisingly comfortable and does a great job of blocking out external noise. The padding material is very soft and easy to put on the ears. The headset adapts easily to my head size and is very comfortable except for the weight. I didn't actually weigh the headset, but it would be a lot more comfortable if it weighed half a pound less. I'm disappointed with the range over which the headset seems to work well. When I'm more than 6 feet from my computer in my house, the headset starts disconnecting and making connection noise. I expected a range of up to 30 feet. This poor performance may be due to issues other than the headset. There may be a problem with my Bluetooth 5.0 adapter or with my USB port. I'll experiment with different combinations and configurations to fix the problem. I have not yet paired my Android phone to actually use the headset with my phone. When I first turned on the headset, it automatically paired with my phone so I know it pairs with my phone without any problems, but I haven't used the phone features yet. A very pleasant surprise is the case that comes with the headset. I'm a disaster insurance specialist who's usually away during hurricane season. Having such a great case to protect your headset while traveling is a huge plus.
