I ordered a Mario Brothers set of 5 sets of size 6 underwear for my 4.5 year old as he is slowly outgrowing his size 4 underwear and the 5 pairs ended up being a size 6 and 1 pair marked as size 4. However, 1 or 2 of the size 6 pairs appear to be really large, while maybe 2 pairs were marked as size 6. appear to be similar to size or just slightly larger than the one marked size 4. He currently wears 4T-5T so I think different sizes will work now and in the future. until the smaller ones take off immediately. Our package also included a pair of donkey congas which my son loved.
