OEM shaving heads? - Electric Shaver

I have been using Norelco shavers for a long time, I used to work for Philips. I regularly ordered replacement heads, without incident. I recently ordered heads for my 9000 series (SH90/62) shaver and have never been able to lock the previously working locking rings. I've never had this problem before. (Are they OEM?) Result: Only ONE of the three shaving heads seems to work. Even worse, I'm four days out of the return window! I ended up losing $40 and staying with this seller, Mitch Mel Corp.
