I have a new 13 inch MacBook Pro and was looking for a slim sleeve with a grip because I'm afraid of dropping the laptop without it. I've been looking for it for a long time, both in stores and on the Internet. The ones I found at the Apple Store and BestBuy didn't meet my needs. If they were thin, they had no grip. If they had a handle, they were too bulky. I originally ordered a 13-13.3" case which seemed too big to me. I had to check the measurements given. It fit so much around my laptop that I returned it and ordered a smaller 11" case. This fits perfectly. I don't know why the measurements are listed the way they are here, but please measure your laptop before purchasing the case. I just received the bag itself so can't comment on durability. They look very reliable as they have thick padding on both sides and a very soft material on the inside. The padding is similar to memory foam. The quality is great too; Bags of the same quality are sold at least three times as expensive elsewhere. Overall I would not recommend this product unless you are the right size.
