The first two of this item I received are not exactly as pictured. All sizes are slightly smaller (length 16 1/4" vs. 17" etc.). Second, the end that touches your back is crooked. Third, the bamboo is not clean, it has black spots. In a dollar store, that would be acceptable. It's not six times as expensive. I tried to send the first one back but they never accepted it. Before the second one arrived, I bought a 20" long pure wood from the dollar store. Friends laugh at my stupid waste of money.
