I have been a happy Anker customer for many years, but this product has let me down. I ordered it about 10 months ago when the deal was on. I tried to charge it when it arrived but I couldn't charge it. I figured that either my cable or my charger was broken and somehow moved on. I had an older model (also Anker) so I kept using it and almost forgot to buy this product. The old model lost its place last month and I turned my attention back to this one. The charging port just doesn't work. At first I thought it was my cable so I bought a new cable but that didn't help. Then I thought that the problem is with the charging connector, so I bought a new one and it didn't work. I have to plug in the charging cable for it to start charging, but it stops charging on its own. I can leave it for days and when I turn it on it just shows a blue light. So basically I haven't even been able to use it since I got it. Bad waste of money. I recommend the new buyer to test the product immediately and report the problem. I hoped too much that it was my fault and didn't immediately return it. ====Edit: After reading this review, Anker's support contacted me and immediately sent me a replacement without even asking. The replacement worked for me. Thanks to the Anker team, especially to Yuliya.
