Review on Adapter Micrologix 1761 CBL PM02 Compatible EZSync704 by Zach Clements

This cable will function as a communications cable for a DF1-1 serial connection to an Allen Bradley MicroLogix PLC, however pin 4 on the second row is intended be offset from the center. In the photo, the Allen-Bradley cable is shown on the left and this cable is on the right. The middle pin is not moved. I was able to plug the cable into the PLC connector and connect it to the PLC successfully, but it's not exactly what I want. I didn't notice a contact problem until the technician complained that the cable was difficult to connect to the PLC connector and after investigating we found a contact problem. So it's properly connected for communication, just watch out for an issue with pin 4. Much cheaper than the 1761-CBL-PM02 cable.
