Headlight assemblies can be an expensive replacement. The cheap price of this replacement pair made me wonder about quality, but my fears were unfounded. This is a great replacement, excellent quality at a reasonable price. I replaced them with new LED bulbs. The first thing that struck me about them is the great packaging; Each assembly was sealed in its own matching box with a protective cellophane coating on the outer plastic and paper gaskets covering the lamp inlets. The removal and installation process was easy; Unscrew the three screws that hold the old casings in place and pull them out. The new builds fit literally perfectly once the bulbs are inserted into the connectors. All the details fit together. The port fairing was also of very high quality, with no softness or pliability. The new assemblies snapped into place and lined up exactly with the mounting screws. Modern headlights often don't last very long; Most car owners face yellowing and fogging of modern headlight plastics. Most people will attempt to restore them using various quality cleaning and restoration kits, and some will "fix" them professionally. The alternative is replacement, which after many recovery attempts is probably the only option. To keep them from fading and yellowing in the hot Florida sun my next step is to find a quality protectant to keep the plastic looking good.
