I bought a watch strap based on good reviews. The strap itself was nice but the clasps were faulty. The watch kept falling off my wrist. Since it had good reviews, I contacted the seller and he asked for photos, which I immediately sent to him. He said he would send another group. When he emailed me saying it was from China I was a bit confused. But after 10 days and no group I think he literally meant the slow boat from China. I give people second chances because sometimes unexpected problems arise. However, I'm interested in how they react. This seller disappointed me. I started reading more reviews and saw that other people had issues with a clasp staying closed and the watch falling off your wrist. I had to ask for a "REFUND" as I have no idea when I will receive the watch from China. I think that a magnetic closure might make more sense.
