When I discovered Holy City Salt Scrub in Charleston, South Carolina many years ago, I've been a huge fan ever since. Because it's produced in "house batches," the taste varies every purchase. However, I have horrible skin allergies that get so dry in the Midwest winters that I literally want to rip the skin off my body. I don't think I would have survived the winter without him. It leaves a greasy film all over your body and soul. I always rinse both out thoroughly, which makes the shower less slippery. My skin absorbs excess moisture. I use it less frequently in the warmer months, and when I do I wash it off with soap, as Charleston recommends, and then a light lotion. I love it.
