From Skepticism to Conviction

As the name suggests I was skeptical about these products but due to recurrent dandruff and follicular keratoses I decided to give it a try. And in just 5 days I'm noticing a significant difference in improvement in the skin around me. My hair is cut medium length below my shoulders and my hair is very fine, straight and blonde. I don't have more body than with conventional products. The soap itself is a runny brown liquid and two swipes are enough to get a nice lather. It tastes bland but sweet and if it gets in your eyes it's okay, but I wouldn't call it teary-eyed. The smell is slightly pungent but earthy and clean. I would describe it as a slightly masculine scent but there is no negative smell in it - my husband says I just smell clean and he loves it. But next time I'm leaning toward a citrus or lavender scent. I have used it from head to toe with an additional exfoliating pump including shaving. The only downside is that the moment you rinse it out of your hair, your hair will feel bald like it's never seen a conditioner before. No panic. I just wrap my hair in a towel and go about my business. When I roll it out it's easy to comb through with a wide toothed comb and the more it dries the softer and smoother it becomes. I'll probably try the conditioner - not so much for daily use as for weekly use. I am very happy with this product and as we gradually move towards a more sustainable lifestyle I look forward to more products.
