Watery, doesn't irritate my sensitive skin

This toner is very watery. This goes great with my homemade reusable cotton pads (super hippie I know). I didn't know much about PHA before this product, but at 2% it's very mild on my skin. Because of this and the low proportion of hyaluronic acid, I can use this facial tonic every day without irritating or sensitizing my skin. No noticeable smell as I love my skin care products. ABOUT THIS LINE: I love it when skincare brands help you figure out where your product fits into your daily routine. I find the world of skin care exciting, but also very intimidating at times. So I like that the page shows the steps where this line should be used. Didn't get the whole line but it helps determine where it should fit into my routine as I'm not as confident with skincare as some. Persons. All I have to say is that overall this line is very simple and I appreciate it. There are only four products in the routine (I only have two). This acid is listed with a vegan formula, the packaging is partially post-consumer, and the bottle is large and made from recyclable plastic. Korean vegan skincare products are sometimes hard to find in the US, so it's great to have another brand that cares about vegan ingredients. One thing that caught my eye was the cruelty-free label. The vegan label says "formula" directly, which sounds to me like the ingredients are vegan, but the product may not have been formulated vegan (i.e. can it be tested on animals?). However, I found them on a UK site that lists cruelty free brands and that site says they do not test on animals. Maybe it's just a labeling difference between US and SK, but I swear I've had K beauty products with the cruelty label. I'm not entirely sure what to think of this, but they seem to care about sustainability as a brand, and that goes hand-in-hand with animal cruelty.
