We read a bunch of reviews and was embarrassed that they write about a strong smell and noise. First, about the smell: there is a smell, but it is not fatal. Smells like plastic. I think a couple of days and the smell will completely disappear. Nothing fatal. Now about the noise: if you sleep and live in complete silence, then you will be noisy. For people who don't live in a vacuum. it's quite quiet. Considering that this fan replaced the fan of the USSR era, we can say that this is not noise, but the soothing sound of the wind. The fan looks pretty cool! Of course, if you do not look out for every nuance of its coverage. The remote came in working condition and it is VERY convenient. It's called Feel Rich for 2990. The power is good. But there really is no light blowing. At a minimum, be prepared for a light breeze in your room. In general, the purchase is satisfied! Let's see how long it lasts
