Great software for customer care and contact centers

I like that it can be used from anywhere with my computer which is very helpful when you need help remotely! It's also easy enough so anyone could use without needing any training at all. The only thing i don't love about this program would have to be how little customization they offer. You are pretty much stuck using what comes out-of-the box unless you pay them extra money to customize their product even more than already offered via free updates (which seems costly). We're solving call center issues by allowing our agents who aren’t physically next door but instead working elsewhere around the country an ability to assist customers while doing other tasks as well - such as reading emails. I like that it connects me with my clients so quickly as well as very easy to set up all features i need such push notifications etc.. nothing dislike about this program but what else you can do? If your looking into management programs than look at lite manager! It has everything needed plus more when managing virtual teams through out different time zones which is one feature not found elsewhere.
