Didn't work at all!

Bought this for trips up the north coast California's. We drove through Southern California. My carrier isn't cellular and my wife and son use Verizon. I installed the device exactly as instructed and everything went well. Unfortunately, the booster did nothing to improve our cell signals. It just didn't work. I am very disappointed and sent it back.
