I'm always outside doing something, working in the garden, decorating birthdays with balloons or something. This fan was a life saver. I never use colored lights, not really my thing, but they are there if you want to use them. Using the light and fan at the same time drains the battery faster. The neck fan comes with a USB charger but no power plug. You have to buy your own connection. I have recommended this to all my girlfriends going through menopause. LAUGH OUT LOUD
