It's a nice shoe, soft and comfortable with a heel high enough to hold the shoe properly but soft enough not to chafe the heel. I have a very narrow and flat foot and this fits me perfectly. Since there is only one strap at the top of the foot, it also works for high arches as it is easy to adjust for fit. It also has a flat sole instead of the slightly raised heel that I prefer for foot development. But! I ordered this for my daughter, European 35/US4. and the reason I know it's comfortable is because the size chart fits well. I received US4 which is actually 36.5 euros (3.5 UK) and not 35 euros as stated in the size chart. Unfortunately all the pairs I have ordered are too big and need to be returned and re-ordered in the correct sizes. Such a great shoe but Amazon made this order a real pain in my butt.
