My cordless phones are running out of charge so I figured it was time to replace the batteries. After searching, I found this pack at a great price and with solid reviews, so I bought it right away. Batteries arrived quickly and well packaged. The batteries themselves looked exactly like the ones I replaced and the connector that connected them to the phone was the same. The phones worked as expected after being fully charged for a day. I noticed that one of the phones didn't last as long as the new battery so I contacted the seller. Without question or hesitation, the seller replaced my battery immediately and I received the replacement within a week. To be honest I couldn't imagine such a great customer service for such a cheap product, but the seller stands by their product. The seller even informed me that my package would arrive a day early and tracked it. It arrived a full day early and, like the first one, was well packaged. The replacement works as expected and the cordless phone is back on standby all day.
