My nephew (3) just loves this set. He likes to sort the colors into different bags and then put them all in one big shopping bag. He also loves to ask adults what each fruit/vegetable is, which is great for things like pumpkins, cherries, and grapes (probably the coolest pieces in this set). , and one has a leaf? How about a purple balloon with a black topper? But there are SO MANY different items in different colors that they are great for sorting and learning colors and counting money for older kids. The quality of this set is fantastic, especially for the price! This all wood set is very durable and even the cloth bags feel strong, it can hold all the wood food set. I haven't noticed any chipping at all and 5 kids are playing rough in the play kitchen. Even if you don't want to use the colors for educational purposes, this is definitely a great play kitchen set.
