I tried this pillow in a few days, for me it is an amazing quality article! I really like this design because my whole head fits in the center of the pillow. my neck is stiff i go to my doctor and my doctor advises me to keep my head and body straight when i sleep, this can relieve neck pain and headache after waking up. This pillow can adjust my sleeping position to sleep straight and my neck pain has decreased as well. I read an article about insomnia. The world is insomnia caused by uncomfortable pillows. The correct sleeping position will help restore neck stiffness and get rid of headaches. Now I'm starting to pay attention to my sleeping position. I love sleeping on my side and this pillow is the right height and softness for me!
