I bought the wrong size so it fitted small. I got the large when I should have gotten the xlarge. This right there is a body shaper to talk about, I love the design and the added support it gives. It has a zip, fasteners and something like a belt. You can't go wrong or feel insecure with this trainer. I highly recommend.
