Delivered with care, packed in Revain boxes, undamaged Good: Fast, powerful, high frame rate in game, on highest settings. One USB-C port, HDMI, 3 USB ports. Bad: Sometimes there is a lot of noise, I think due to game demands or high performance, but not too bad. The battery life isn't impressive, but I use it as a desktop replacement. Ugly: No gaming mouse or headset included, you can of course buy them separately. I bought another MSI laptop for less money and all inclusive. Conclusion: recommended. The price and the overall performance of this laptop are right. Update: Not recommended for multiplayer games. Can be used for normal tasks or non-online games. Update: After downloading when I'm having trouble playing games during multiplayer sessions. The video graphics have been adjusted with settings that are not too crazy but reasonable. Crashed multiplayer three times in 10 minutes. I changed the settings again for lower specs but the same thing happened. I noticed that the game freezes followed by a crash when zooming in on the scope/red dot. When buying a gaming laptop, I was more concerned about performance, but at a reasonable price. Sorry, returning this item. I've been dying to use it for years to come, but it's just not possible.
