The first night I received it, I wore it on my phone/computer at night before bed. I fall asleep quickly. The next night I didn't put them on as I was using my phone/computer before bed. Although I didn't sleep later and was more tired, it took me over an hour to fall asleep that night. I would recommend them to anyone who uses electronic devices before bed.
