Review on Backtrace by Cris Drew

The ease to use back trace for any issue we face from our applications or even other third party applications.The support team also provides all required information within few hours which really help us resolve issues fastly. I have not faced anything so far as it's very easy tool to work with. It would be great if there are more features available like monitoring system health etc. but overall its good product by default you get everything without doing extra efforts. We used it mainly to debug web services calls using SOAP callbacks.
