I really liked this bag but only used it for about 4 months. To be fair I'm not comfortable with wallets and only use one wallet at a time until it dies, but first the integrity of the strap connecting to the tabs on the buttons came loose and the wallet just fell to the floor. I think it's a sprawling hole that could probably be stepped up in production, but once they start stepping things up the price goes up. My guess is they can always put a weight limit in the spec at a point where the grip material is less likely to stretch.
