Bought because I liked the idea of a monitor, night light and white noise machine and it seemed good value for money . Setup is tedious and requires a new setup every time the device loses power (shutdown/move/power off). The app is simple and requires a login every time you open it, but it doesn't use facial recognition, offers a "remember my info" option, or seems to work with password managers, so it takes me about 60 seconds to log in before I can use the device . We've never been able to successfully get the camera or microphone to work, although the app shows network strength as 'good'. I have asked Yogasleep tech support for help multiple times and have never received a response. Essentially, this means the device is nothing more to us than an expensive white noise machine/night light. I wouldn't mind, except that... There seems to be a mechanical issue with the device that results in intermittent 'clicks' when the device is turned on, which is very distracting and negates the benefits of white noise when trying makes sleep. This can usually be overcome by changing the volume and/or brightness of the night light. I have no idea what's causing it as tech support didn't rely on my emails. Eventually the device started cycling on and off with a different white noise at a different volume and with a random blue night light. 2:45 am and it just happened. Overall I would not recommend this product and am disappointed that Yogasleep was not able to respond to our request for help to make the most of it.
