A great all-inclusive Marketing Automation Tool
The platform is intuitive, easy to use for both marketers at large as well small businesses (B2C or BtoBM). From our research so far we are seeing that this product has been used more than any other in terms of being an effective tool within your marketing stack - it's not cheap but given its effectiveness I don't think you can go wrong with using them! One thing they need improve upon would be their email templates/designs which tend towards looking very dated compared some newer products available out there now such CTA design etc.

Pros
- good value too considering how much traffic goes into these platforms from Google Adwords / PPC sources.
- Easy access via API integration if required
- Data layer analytics data export feature makes analysing campaign performance easier also
Cons
- Almost everything is ok
