Ideal for documents

Ideal for importing/exporting documents from iPhone to PC or from PC to iPhone. I can import pictures from my computer to my iPhone, but I bought it so I can export pictures from my phone and transfer them to my computer. When I do this, it doesn't transfer in the correct format. Still easy to use (must use an iPhone files app and good value for money.
