I like that it is very easy for me as user/customer service rep -to manage my own account information (i just need one computer), there are many features available in this software but i haven't used them yet.- The ability for users outside our internal organization can use swyxtel without having access or knowing about how we operate internally via VPNs and such etc. We have been able get rid off some hardware costs by using cloud services instead! The best thing about Swyx is that it integrates seamlessly with our Google Apps for Business account, which makes it very easy for our employees to use when they are away from their desk. It also allows us to manage calls from outside the office as well if needed. I wish there was an option to have multiple agents in one call center, but that's not something we're considering at this time. We've been able to solve our caller ID issues by using Swyx.
