After buying different brands of PD and Lenovo charging adapters I found only 2 of them that work correctly with the Lenovo Yoga C940 (C9XX) 15 inch, Legion or any (almost) other model, the one that originally worked comes with a 135W AC adapter or higher. Check out my reviews if you want to see what other adapters work. I've been using these two adapters for several weeks with no problems. This is a fairly lightweight braided cable with high quality aluminum encased connectors on both ends that provide a secure connection to your peripherals. It comes with a Velcro cable tie which is a nice addition to organize your cables. The attached photo shows that this adapter contains a 550 ohm resistor (2% tolerance) on the thin end, which tells your Lenovo laptop to draw a maximum of 90W from the PSU at 20V. This is the minimum charging power allowed for most higher powered laptops, and it will be enough to properly charge the laptop for most tasks. Just make sure to pair this cable with a quality 90W or better PD power supply and you can finally shed bricks and travel light!
