These are excellent strong lids. They fit very well around the dog food cans and keep the smell out. They're thick plastic, like the ones that come with expensive dog food at the vet clinic. These are the only cans we use. They snap firmly into place and completely seal the jar. They have 3 eyelets for 3 glass sizes. The ones we had before lasted several years with daily use. My wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone. 100 times better than those sloppy soft silicones. We will buy these heavy plastic plates again. And what's even better, they're made in America!
