These cartridges completely destroyed my printer. Two weeks later they broke again. When he removed the drums, they were full of used toner, and the excess toner was scattered throughout the inside of the printer and transfer belt, causing a jam. Now I have to replace the whole printer. I bought it brand new three months ago. I have only used these toner cartridges and no brands other than the genuine Xerox cartridges that came with the printer.
