Review on GREENLIGHTING by Kevin Wilkins

GREENLIGHTING was the vendor from which I most recently acquired some tools and exterior lighting fixtures; however, my overall experience with the company was less than satisfactory. To begin, the website was difficult to traverse, and it was challenging for me to locate the information that I required. When I did eventually get around to placing my order, the shipment took a lot longer than I had anticipated, and the items didn't arrive in very good shape. To make matters even more difficult, when I attempted to contact customer support in order to find a solution to the problem, I was met with staff that was both unhelpful and rude. It was abundantly obvious that they had no intention of assisting me in any way or providing a solution that was to my satisfaction. My visit to GREENLIGHTING was, on the whole, a disappointing one, and as a result, I will not be returning to this establishment. My experience with the subpar website, lengthy shipping times, and unhelpful customer service representatives has left a sour flavor in my mouth, and as a result, I intend to take my business elsewhere in the near future.
