Whilst these seals appear to be well made and are a direct replacement for the seals used on the thermos travel mug they were made for, do not purchase them. Because? I have several of these travel mugs and some old mugs are missing lid parts so I ordered 2 new mugs in the same order as these seals. After I received the new mugs, I read the little booklet that came with each of the mugs, which had a phone number for ordering replacements, so I called Thermos. I found that they sell a full set of lids for these travel mugs for only $5 each so I ordered 2 new lids. The price of the new caps, which is exactly the cost of each set of seals, makes the seals very cheap and I have returned them for reference.
