I'm a grown woman but small and without the 'kinks' so I've been buying men's/unisex/kids clothes lately because they're cheaper and fit better or are the same. The size chart is accurate. My waist is 26-27 inches and L fits perfectly. Holds up well in the washer/dryer and is very comfortable. * third photo after washing and drying, unchanged.
