It was very easy to use and easy to cut. I scrubbed the walls with a solution of borax and dish soap, then rinsed and let dry and had no problem chipping tiles. As others have said, make sure you have everything lined up correctly before hitting the wall because once it hits the wall it stays that way. I also added an apron border, slightly overlapping the raw edges (after this shot was taken) and painted it to match the color of the wall. It looks really sharp. This is my apartment so I didn't want to put too much into it but I think it turned out pretty good.
