Velcro micro hook in medical supplies and equipment

The bandage works quite well and has a nice design. The only downside is that the velcro uses micro hooks. When new, this is not a problem at first. But the micro hooks wear out quickly and clog easily. As a result, now after using it for over a month there are limits to how tight I can put the strap on and how easily it can be knocked off.
