Update after 20 months: Light and everything else works the same as 20 months ago. Light stripes still hold up great on frames and saddlebags! Highly recommended! ### Original post### I bought these LED lights so I can be seen better at night. Several people next to me were hit when they stopped at a stop sign because people said they didn't see them. I installed 6 in the motor and then 3 in each saddlebag face down. I use white when I really want to be seen on dark streets. The colors are excellent, with the engine off, the battery is practically not consumed. I ran them for 2 hours and the bike started flawlessly. They stick very well and leave no residue when removed. Very easy to install with good instructions. Good length of wires on the straps. Reached wherever I needed them. Good connectors that are easy to work with. The remote control works well and from a good distance. I tested the distance at 90 feet with no issues. I also like that they can be darkened if needed. I get compliments all the time, not just from young people. The light goes on and off every time! I like Ohio where there are no color restrictions. I just can't use flash mode while driving. The bike is a 2008 Yamaha VStar 1300 Touring.
