I like how easy it was for me as an employee/freelancer - searching through available opportunities that fit my skill set & experience level! It also gives you access into companies with their internal processes so i can figure out what they expect from freelancers (as well as understand where we need improvement).

Sometimes not all job postings have descriptions or details about project scope which makes sifting thru them difficult if there's no clear definition given regarding projects goals / expectations etc.. This would be helpful info when applying since most times employers will ask questions during interview process such as "what do u know?", this tool helps one prepare answers prior by reading up on previous work done within similar industries.
