Already have a large dumbbell set. After major surgery & rehab I found I needed a light 5 pound set I didn't have for some exercises. These are my new favorite. Great grip & solid construction. If I had to build a new complete set, this would be my first choice. Perfect for apt. workouts. They don't roll & are completely silent. Haven't had them long, but they look like they should last a lifetime.
