Review on MediaSource by Alex Smith

The program has been effective at engaging patients within their own communities, which have allowed us to reach larger patient populations than we would be able otherwise without this tool! It's easy enough that anyone can use it - no specialized training required.- There are not many options available when creating an account with them (no customization or optionality), but I'm sure they will add more if/when needed by users as time goes along.-- We were looking into other programs like Vayable so people could choose what type(s) media suits best; however since there was already some built up functionality, MSC decided instead just go ahead & build upon its existing platform rather then start from scratch again.
