To begin, they had a very small and uninspiring choice of area rugs. I went in search of a colorful new rug for my living room but was disappointed to find only drab, outmoded options. And the protective rug pads they sold me didn't do much to preserve my current rug looking excellent. My rug acquired unattractive wrinkles and creases that were difficult to remove within weeks of using their solution. When I attempted to contact customer support, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. It was obvious that they did not care about giving people a good shopping experience. In general, Home Dynamix is not a good place to buy rug accessories. Their small assortment, low-quality goods, and unimpressive service all add up to an unsatisfactory buying experience.
