Very useful and effective job search
I like that it is very easy for me as an applicant/candidate because everything has been made simple through this software! It's also great when hiring companies are looking into more than one application from multiple sources (i'm talking about jobs here).
The only thing i dislike sometimes was having difficulty in finding my profile after searching using different keywords; however once found there were no problems afterwards since then until now which makes things easier again :) Great program if used correctly!!
Pros
- I like the program in a very simple and easy program that's very easy for the applicant/candidate; also the program is very easy for the hiring company when searching for more than one application from multiple sources
