Good service, but it took awhile

when I first received it, it didn't work and the base had fallen apart. I returned it - to Japan - and a couple of weeks later I received a working massager with a working base. My only complaint would be that the lowest level is still a bit strong, but other than that, it's fine. It's also pretty quiet.
